BLACK FRIDAY UPDATE
Message from Our Founder;
We know we’ve fallen behind our 3‑week shipping window for 20% of our Black Friday orders, and we’re truly sorry for any concern or inconvenience this may have caused.
As a small business, we work incredibly hard to meet every promised timeline. Occasionally, unexpected challenges arise that are outside our control, and despite our best efforts, they can impact fulfilment.
We experienced an overwhelming response to our Black Friday sale, something we’re deeply grateful for but it did create some temporary supply pressures. A few key components, including our magnetic cases and cleaning cloths, arrived later than scheduled. We also faced delays with our mailer boxes, which were held up in customs, requiring us to source suitable alternatives locally. In addition, some replenishment stock we fast‑tracked was short‑shipped, and we needed to coordinate further deliveries from our factories.
The good news is that we now have everything we need to fulfil the majority of outstanding orders, and our team is working quickly to get them on their way. Any remaining items will be dispatched as soon as the final stock lands.
Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your support. We’re incredibly grateful to have you here.
We’re always learning and evolving as we grow, and this experience has highlighted a few areas where we can strengthen our processes for future events. Our goal is to keep improving so we can deliver the smooth, reliable experience you deserve. I ordered during the Black Friday sale and haven't received my order? When can I expect to receive it?

We have been working closely with our 3PL to replenish stock and anticipate the majority of orders to be sent out w/c 8/12

There are a handful of styles that were delayed from our factory and we are looking at what we can fulfil from Australia in this instance.

I ordered 2+ items and was expecting a tote bag as my gift but received a notebook

I received a tracking notification but have not heard anything from the carrier. Has my order been misplaced? Is there an issue with my order?
- There is no issue with your order. Part of our process is to print the order so we can do a Quality check on the frames and then pack the order. This is done through a program that is synced with our Shipping program and it triggers a tracking alert.
I ordered 2 or more items was expecting a tote bag as my gift but received a cap or a notebook?
- We had such a huge response on day 1 of our sale that we sold out of the tote bags very quickly. In these cases we added a beautiful Shevoke cap or notebook to your order instead. Enjoy!
PRE ORDERS
- If your favourite style is out of stock, you may place a PRE ORDER during the sale if available.
- We will do our best to fulfil pre-orders within 3 weeks.
- If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, a full refund will be issued.
FAULTY & RETURNS

Faulty items: Must be reported to Shevoke within 10 days of receiving your order for exchange only.
- If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a credit note only for returns made within 14 days, return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
- If returning an item purchased with a “gift with purchase” offer, the gift item must also be returned.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
- Stock levels are limited; items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.
- Gift with purchase is available only while stock lasts.
