RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Australian customers can lodge all returns and exchanges through our online returns portal. Please ensure you read our policy below before submitting your request.
Change of Mind Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is received to lodge a return. Once submitted, please ensure your item is posted back within 7 days.
Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging (including the gift box, magnetic case, and cleaning cloth).
Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Sale or discounted items (purchased during a sale event or with a discount code not including our welcome sign up code) are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Refunds are not available unless required by law.
If your item is returned in saleable condition but missing any part of the original packaging, a $5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover repackaging costs.
AUSTRALIAN Return Shipping
A prepaid Australia Post return label will be automatically generated through the portal. A flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover the cost of this label.
Please note: faulty returns are not subject to the return label fee (see Faulty Items below).
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange eligible items.
Once your return is received and processed, your new item will be dispatched free of charge with a fresh tracking number.
Want your new item sooner? Place a new order on our website and return your original item for a refund, store credit, or exchange (subject to eligibility).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For all international customers (including the US), please contact our customer care team to initiate a return or exchange before sending anything back.

Return shipping for all change‑of‑mind returns, including those relating to fit, must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Return shipping is only covered by us in the case of an agreed and approved warranty claim.
Our team will assess your request and advise on next steps. Please note we operate Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm AEST/AEDT.
4-POINT STANCE & FRAME FIT
Because our frames are handcrafted from premium acetate, slight variations in shape are completely normal. When placed on a flat surface, not all four points may touch perfectly - this is not considered a fault or defect.
Acetate frames can be gently adjusted by any optical professional for a personalised fit. You're also welcome to return frames to us for adjustment; however, return shipping in this case is at your expense.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at orders@shevoke.com as soon as possible. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
If a fault is confirmed, we'll provide the appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law which may include repair, replacement, or refund. Faulty returns are not subject to a return label fee.
WARRANTY
All Shevoke eyewear is backed by the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, which apply for a reasonable period depending on the nature and price of the product.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover:
- Scratched lenses
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper storage
- Normal wear and tear
- Heat damage (e.g. leaving sunglasses in a hot car)
- Stretching or bending caused by wearing frames on your head
RETURN PROCESSING
Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. You'll receive a notification confirming your refund amount, store credit, or new exchange tracking details. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to release funds.
