Shevoke Review Giveaway — Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period The Shevoke Review Giveaway ("Promotion") commences on Friday 10th July 2026 and entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 24th July 2026 ("Promotion Period").
2. Promoter The Promoter is Shevoke, ABN: 75 619 304 675, Rose Bay NSW Australia. ("Promoter").
3. Eligibility 3.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who have made a purchase from shevoke.com within the 90 days prior to the Promotion Period. 3.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its associated agencies, and companies directly connected with the Promotion, are ineligible to enter. 3.3 Entrants must be 18 years or older.
4. How to Enter 4.1 To enter, an eligible customer must submit a product review of their Shevoke purchase via Okendo of at least 40 words in length during the Promotion Period ("Entry"). 4.2 Each eligible verified review of 40 words or more constitutes one (1) entry into the draw. 4.3 Entrants who include a photo with their review will receive one (1) additional entry into the draw, for a maximum of two (2) entries per customer. 4.4 Reviews must relate to an actual purchase made from shevoke.com and must comply with the review platform's content guidelines. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any review, in its sole discretion, that it considers to be fake, defamatory, offensive, or in breach of these Terms. 4.5 Only one entry period per customer applies; multiple purchases do not entitle a customer to submit multiple reviews for additional entries beyond the mechanic described in 4.3. 4.6 Entries must be received before 11:59pm AEST on 24th July 2026 to be eligible.
5. Prizes The following prizes are available to be won:
   • 1st prize: one (1) gift card/store credit valued at $1,000 AUD, redeemable online at shevoke.com against the current Shevoke collection at the time of redemption. Valid for 12 months from date of issue. Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Cannot be used in conjunction with promotional codes or during sale periods.
   • 2nd prize: one (1) pair of Shevoke sunglasses, winner's choice from the current collection available at shevoke.com at the time of redemption, valued at up to $210 AUD.
   • 3rd prize: one (1) pair of Shevoke sunglasses, winner's choice from the current collection available at shevoke.com at the time of redemption, valued at up to $210 AUD.
   • 4th prize: one (1) pair of Shevoke sunglasses, winner's choice from the current collection available at shevoke.com at the time of redemption, valued at up to $210 AUD. Total prize pool value: $1,630 AUD (inc. GST).
6. Winner Selection 6.1 Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 6.2 The draw will take place on Monday 27th July 2026.
7. Notification 7.1 Winners will be notified via email using the address associated with their qualifying purchase within 2 business days of the draw. 7.2 Winners will also be announced on the Promoter's Instagram account, @shevoke. 7.3 If a winner does not respond to the notification email within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant selected in accordance with the process in clause 6.
8. Prize Claims 8.1 Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification, after which the prize may be forfeited and redrawn at the Promoter's discretion.
9. General Conditions 9.1 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 9.2 If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory approval. 9.3 The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every entrant, and no correspondence will be entered into. 9.4 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms, or who tampers with the entry process. 9.5 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may use this information for future marketing purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at shevoke.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name and review content for promotional purposes, including on social media and marketing channels, without further compensation. 9.6 The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failure of the review platform or email delivery. 9.7 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury, or death arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize. 9.8 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
