Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day in line with our dispatch times. Please note that during periods of high demand (including sales events and peak seasons such as Black Friday, Boxing Day and public holidays), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience while we work to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
- A separate shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
- Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address at checkout. Shevoke is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrectly entered address.
- We will attempt to update incorrect order details before dispatch, however once an order has been processed this may not be possible. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier directly to update or redirect your parcel.
Domestic Shipping - Australia
We ship across Australia via our Australian distribution centre through Australia Post. All Australian orders include real-time tracking, for the best experience when tracking your order we recommend downloading the Australia Post app. Our delivery service operates Monday to Friday.
Shipping rates vary by destination and are subject to change. Some regions attract higher carrier fees due to elevated surcharges, and these are reflected at checkout.

Orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). If you are not home, your parcel will be left in a secure location at your address. If the delivery driver deems the location non-secure, your order will be taken to your local post office.
Shevoke is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
International Shipping
Shevoke ships to over 80 countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via tracked courier or airmail depending on destination. Our delivery service operates Monday to Friday.
Shipping rates vary by destination and are subject to changes. Some regions attract higher carrier fees due to elevated surcharges in certain global zones, and these are reflected at checkout. Shipping prices are based in AUD and converted to your local currency.
United States and Canada
We ship across the United States via our US distribution centre. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed and do not include dispatch timeframes.

Shevoke is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once a parcel has left our facility.

Order Tracking
All Shevoke orders include tracking as standard. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel in real time.
Track your order at any time via the carrier link in your confirmation email.
If your tracking has not been updated within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us at orders@shevoke.com.
Missing, Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packing every order. Please note that Shevoke is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. In the unlikely event of an issue, please follow these steps.
Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will assess and arrange a resolution.
Missing items: If your parcel arrives with missing items, email orders@shevoke.com within 2 business days with your order number and a description of the issue.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (Australia) or 21+ business days (international), contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Wrong item received: We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost. You will not be required to return the incorrect item in most cases.
Buy Now, Pay Later
Shevoke supports Afterpay and Zip Pay for eligible orders. Shipping terms and timeframes are identical regardless of your chosen payment method.
