- After the initial 4-hour event, the remaining sale period will be 30% off sitewide.
- Discounts are automatically applied at checkout. No code required.
- Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before 11.11.2025 9:00 AM AEDT.

Order Fulfilment & Shipping
- Due to high order volumes during the Black Friday period, please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be packed and dispatched.
- Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
- Customers will receive email updates regarding order progress and shipping details.
- Orders placed on the first day of the sale may take up to 2 weeks to be fulfilled. Our team will do their best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
- If you wish to contact our team, please email orders@shevoke.com, it may take 2-3 business days for a reply, but we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. During our Black Friday promotion, we will prioritise emails over social media messages, so emailing us is the best way to get a response
Pre-Orders
- If your favourite style is out of stock, you may place a pre-order during the sale if avalaible.
- We will do our best to fulfil pre-orders within 3 weeks.
- If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, a full refund will be issued.
Faulty & Returns

Faulty items: Must be reported to Shevoke within 10 days of receiving your order for exchange only.
- If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a credit note only for returns made within 14 days, return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
- If returning an item purchased with a “gift with purchase” offer, the gift item must also be returned.
Additional Notes
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
- Stock levels are limited; items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.
- Gift with purchase is available only while stock lasts.
