I received a tracking notification but have not heard anything from the carrier. Has my order been misplaced? Is there an issue with my order?
- There is no issue with your order. Part of our process is to print the order so we can do a Quality check on the frames and then pack the order. This is done through a program that is synced with our Shipping program and it triggers a tracking alert.
I ordered 2 or more items was expecting a tote bag as my gift but received a cap or a notebook?
- We had such a huge response on day 1 of our sale that we sold out of the tote bags very quickly. In these cases we added a beautiful Shevoke cap or notebook to your order instead. Enjoy!
PRE ORDERS
- If your favourite style is out of stock, you may place a PRE ORDER during the sale if available.
- We will do our best to fulfil pre-orders within 3 weeks.
- If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, a full refund will be issued.
FAULTY & RETURNS

Faulty items: Must be reported to Shevoke within 10 days of receiving your order for exchange only.
- If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a credit note only for returns made within 14 days, return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
- If returning an item purchased with a “gift with purchase” offer, the gift item must also be returned.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
- Stock levels are limited; items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.
- Gift with purchase is available only while stock lasts.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions,

product availability issues,

errors in pricing or product information,
-
behaviour or communication from the customer that is abusive, inappropriate, threatening, or creates an unsafe or disrespectful environment for our team.
If an order is cancelled under this policy, customers will be notified and provided with a full refund where payment has already been taken.
