Content & Marketing Manager

Are you a creative, marketing guru? Are you well versed in all things SEO, SEM, digital, print and media? 

Duties:

  • Creation, scheduling and monitoring of social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
  • Content development - both written, image based and video
  • Writing of press releases and pitching to appropriate media outlets
  • Assist with digital marketing: newsletter, website & social media campaigns
  • Understanding of Shevoke's culture
  • Ambassador recruitment & management
  • Initiation and maintenance of key partnerships

Selection Criteria:

  • Fantastic communication skills - both written and spoken
  • Understanding and knowledge of social media platforms and how each platform is best utilised in different scenarios
  • Excellent time management skills & attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (not a must, but would be a HUGE bonus!)
  • Currently completing or obtained a bachelor degree or other in Marketing or Comms
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (not a must, but would be a HUGE bonus!)

Additional Information:

  • Must be able to travel to HQ based in Double Bay, Sydney
  • 25 - 40 hours per week
  • Opportunity for full-time employment and growth within organisation
  • Knowledge/prior experience with Shopify is desirable

Customer Service / Order Fulfilment

We’re after a dynamic person to take on a hybrid customer service and fulfilment role.

Duties:

  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience 
  • Order placement and processing order acknowledgement
  • Assist in stock management and control
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Understanding of Shevoke's culture
  • Assist with social media content
  • Assist with preparation for photo shoots

Additional Information:

  • Must be able to travel to HQ based in Eastern Suburbs, Sydney
  • Full time position
  • Monday - Friday
  • 38 - 40 hours per week
  • Knowledge/prior experience with Shopify is desirable
